Hi, I’m Monica — I Help Brands Grow Online
I’m a social media manager based in Chennai. For the past 1.5 years, I have worked closely with a growing D2C brand — writing scripts, planning content, and running collaborations that bring real results. Now I help businesses in Kundrathur and nearby areas do the same.
My Story
Every brand has two sides — the founder, and the brand itself. I manage both.
For the founder (460K+ followers on Instagram), I write her scripts, talk to agencies for collaborations, follow up on payments, and manage her DMs related to collabs.
For the brand, I handle the daily work — replying to comments, planning and scripting short videos, designing offer posts on Canva, and reaching out to creators to promote the brand’s products. I don’t just start a collaboration and leave it — I follow up with each creator until their video is posted.
This work is not flashy, but it is consistent. And that consistency is what helped this brand grow and get real results.
Script & Content Writing
I write scripts for reels and videos. I also plan posts like offer posts, feedback posts, and informative posts for the brand.
Creator Collaborations
I reach out to creators, talk with them, send products, and follow up till their video is posted. I have done 250+ collaborations.
Social Media Management
I manage posting, comments, and DMs on Instagram and YouTube. I do this daily for both the founder’s page and the brand’s page.
Content Planning
I plan what to post and when. This includes ideas for reels, posts, and campaigns that match what the brand needs.
Meta Ads Management
I run ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. These campaigns have generated 1,500+ sales for the brand.
Post Design
I design posts on Canva — offer posts, product posts, and feedback posts that look clean and match the brand’s style.
